Our hotel has 10 apartments in total where you can organise your long stay to be comfortable and homely. Our well equipped and comfortable apartments can be booked for 30 days or more and are an alternative to Munich’s highly competitive housing market.

The 10 apartments offer plenty of space to feel at home for longer stays with an area of 29 sqm. As a long-stay guest you have the option of parking free of charge in our underground garage, depending on availability, as well as inclusive breakfast, WiFi and flat screen TV.

Our apartments are furnished with a single or double bed, flat screen TV, desk, sofa or armchair and terrace or balcony (most with garden furniture). You can find a shower, hair dryer and plenty of shelf space in the new, spacious bathrooms. All apartments offer you a separate kitchen or kitchenette and are stocked with basic crockery, cutlery and cookware. You can opt for self-catering on request or enjoy our hotel’s own catering.
The apartment prices include our extensive and healthy breakfast buffet, car park and/or underground parking (depending on availability) as well as the use of WiFi, swimming pool, sauna and gym, plus cleaning and a change of linen once a week.
Our apartments can be booked from EUR 76 per day including business package and all the aforementioned services. Please contact us in person so that we can make you a tailored, personal offer. The payment conditions can also be arranged individually with our hotel.
